Quality Policy
Quality at Arrow Technical Services is an integral part
of our daily operation. The satisfaction of our clients is
of paramount importance to our existence as a commercial organisation
and to our continued growth strategy. We inspect, test and
review everything we do both at a project level and at a managerial
level. Nothing is left to chance. Anything and everything
is planned, executed, reviewed and revised. We operate a continuous
improvement culture where we are constructively dissatisfied
and always striving to improve. This attitude provides a dynamic
professional environment which is always endeavouring to adapt
itself to meet the daily challenges which meet both us and
our clients. This carefully managed culture is the key to
our success. Quality, meaning total client satisfaction, is
at our heart.
Investors in People
In 2003 we commenced on the road to formal systems recognition
by applying for and meeting the Investors in People Standard.
This ensures that all the members of our team know the level
of service which is required of them and how this fits within
our overall customer care philosophy.
ISO-9000/2000
In August 2005, our quality manual was approved as the basis
for our ISO9000/2000 audit, due in the autumn. The following
is our formal quality statement from which our quality manual
is derived.

Design Management System
All our design projects are managed according to our Project
