light bulbUsing a well rehearsed format, this session collates all available project information from the client into a single document and asks some pertinent questions which define the project end-point and details of the route taken.

Moreover, this is a chance for the Arrow engineers and Client to brainstorm the whole project and to discuss various ways and options in which particular issues might be addressed. The output from this stage is a Project Definition Document which describes all key requirements from the client as well as listing other areas (such as current legislation) which will have to be addressed in the design before product can be manufactured and sold in its intended markets. Other issues such as acceptance tests, manufacturing options, tooling, test rigs etc are all listed for inclusion or exclusion in the overall project plan.

Deliverable: Project Definition Document - a report listing all the issues

Time: 1-3 Days
