Identified in the concept phase is any new technology which has to be developed and proven for the project to be successful. This stage develops and tests these high risk Key Technologies as individual mini-projects before committing major amounts of work on other less risky parts of the project. Until these areas have been successfully proven then there is little point wasting valuable effort on other parts of the project. This Stage of the project is started as soon as practical to do so.

Over the years, Arrow has encountered and overcome many technical challenges. We keep the results of our endeavours in our vast technical library so, often, we have already have the solution and the risk stage is eliminated completely. Where there is technical risk we will help and advise you all the way to ensure a successful outcome.
