We passed our ISO9001:2008 annual auditon Wednesday 29th July with NO Comments and NO Corrective actions.

We are very proud of this achievement which is the second year running and it is all down to the team at Arrow Technical's dedication to their job to ensure that we offer a high standard of service to our customers and give complete confidence to potential new clients.

We always take a "Zero-Preparation" approach to our quality audits.  We believe the assessors should take us as they find us and that our quality systems should reflect exactly what we do day in and day out.  The fact that we passed again with flying colours reflects the conscientious attitude of everyone at Arrow to achieving exemplary customer satisfaction which is at the heart of the ISO9001:2008 standard and at the very core of our company culture

After holding ISO9001:2008 for 4 years we are now working towards ISO14001 which will build upon our existing quality system and enhance our awareness of the impact we have as a business on our environment and constantly strives to improve it.  We believe that taking this lead is not only compatible with our corporate ethical standards but it can be also achieved at the same time as improving our commercial performance.  We will report later on our progress.
