Arrow Technical Services Ltd is a high quality product development company which specialises in developing new products and new technologies.

From a background in designing specialised controllers for aerospace applications, we have developed a range of in-house technologies which greatly simplifies and speeds up the process of turning a good idea into a fully working, field proven, market-ready production design.
We have supplied products and systems into automotive, industrial, scientific and consumer electronic markets for clients around the world.

Our clients range from small start-ups and entrepreneurs to large hi-tech multinationals, and we manage both large, multi-disciplined turnkey projects and much smaller, specialised projects. All our clients are treated with the same fast, friendly approach which has earned us an enviable reputation. In a recent independent survey, we scored 90% overall for customer satisfaction and 100% of our past clients said they would recommend our services to others.

Philosophy

Arrow Technical Services was born out of a need for product manufacturing companies to keep their product ranges up to date in the light of increasing technical capability and diversity.

Enabling increasingly complex products, new technology has vastly reduced the time required to take a new concept through to a complete working prototype that looks and behaves like the finished production article. However, this new technology comes at a price. For manufacturing companies who specialise in a particular niche, the cost of staff training and investment in the diverse array of potentially useful technologies is too great to be cost effective whilst still concentrating on the technology associated with their own market.

Having been an Engineer, Product Manager, Technical Manager and Technical Director of companies faced with this dilemma, I recognised the need for a company who specialises in development and application of these emerging technologies but which is free from the commercial need to concentrate on a narrow range of very specific products for a very specific market.
