Last weekend saw Arrow Technical host the Sheffield Advanced Motorcyclists slow riding course. It was attended by 10 members with their various motorcycles and aimed to advance the attendees’ slow riding skills. Most of the motorcycles were in the 1000+cc category, quite large and can be a bit of a handful at low speeds. By learning how to manoeuvre a series of tight turns, chicanes and u-turns with confidence it is intended that these skills translate to safer behaviour out on the public roads.
Managing Director of Arrow Technical, Chris Worrall, is a keen motorcyclist, a member of the Sheffield Advanced Motorcyclists group and a Green Badge holder as well as a member of the Harley Davidson Owners Group and is keen to assist all motorists to improve their skills and make the roads a safer place for all of us.
